The job

As a student employee at Kairos Commodities you will become a part of a busy and informal organization. The work environment is characterized by integrity, trust, professionalism and humor.

We are looking for a student who will be responsible for our customer retention and to support our sales team in their client and lead contact. You will also be responsible for many of the administrative tasks as they arise. The ideal candidate is able to work independently, has an interest in sales and communication, and is attentive to detail. Over time there are good chances to progress to work more project based within marketing.

Kairos Commodities offer our clients access to commodity analyses and forecasts of future commodity price developments through our website www.kairoscommodities.com.

As a student employee at Kairos Commodities you will be able to schedule your working time to a great extent. The working time will be 10-15 hours per week. We expect a certain degree of flexibility near deadlines, but we will accommodate your requests in relation to your exams and classes.

The tasks

Responsible for customer retention process:

» Create and maintain user accounts for subscribers as well as client contact information

» Monitor client usage and identify possible improvements and contact clients on the basis of this

» Create user behavior reports

» Maintain client contact primarily through emails

Support sales and marketing team:

» Create proposals for leads

» Help with ad-hoc projects

The candidate

» Studies at bachelor level

» Is attentive to detail and accuracy

» Enjoys routines and working in a structured way

» Is fluent in English and Danish

» Works independently, professionally and in a well-structured manner

» Has experience with PowerPoint and Excel
